EQUIPMENT COMPETENCY WILL BE DONE AS YOU WORK AND THERE IS A  "RIGHT TO KNOW" FORM FOR YOU TO READ AND SIGN.

WE NEED COPIES OF ANY NEW CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES.

 PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE DATES YOU WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SPEEDWEEKS IN FEBRUARY (4,5,6,11,12,13,14)
